Asking for the public's help to contact their local law makers! State Senators are trying to pass HB 290 and HB 1098 which effect the small games of chance! We support these bills EXCEPT for the part of HB 1098 that allows FOR-profit bars and taverns to get SGOC licenses! This will put a huge economic hurt on your local Volunteer Fire Department social clubs, VFW and other clubs. These bills have already been passed by the house...and is awaiting vote by the Senate. PLEASE help us fight to keep SGOC (small games of chance) out of the for-profit bars and taverns!!!!! Please share and re-post to get word out to pass HB 290 and HB 1098 EXCEPT FOR THE PART THAT ALLOWS FOR-PROFIT BARS/TAVERNS TO GET A SGOC LICENSE!
